Name Tag Prints: Our team will perform a basic artwork check (size, margins, text clarity and color setup). If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before proceeding to production.

✅ Quick Upload Checklist

  • Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI
  • Artwork size must match the selected name tag size.
  • Bleed: Add 3mm bleed on all sides if background extends to the edge.
  • Safe area: Keep important text & logos at least 3–5mm from the edge.
  • Color mode: CMYK recommended.
  • Fonts: Outline or embed fonts before exporting.

🧾 1) Artwork Upload

  • Please upload one final artwork file per order item.
  • Ensure the artwork is print-ready and matches the selected specifications.

📦 Multiple Files? Please Upload as ZIP

If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.

  • ✅ Combine all artwork files into ONE ZIP file.
  • ✅ Include any linked images, fonts, or supporting files if required.
  • ❌ Do not upload multiple individual files separately.

This helps us ensure that no files are missing and allows us to process your order more quickly and accurately.

👤 2) Blank Name Tag (No Personalisation)

  • If you only need blank name tags (no names or serial numbers):
  • Simply enter the quantity you wish to print.
  • No Excel file is required.

🔢 3) Personalised Name Tag (Name / Serial Number)

  • If your name tags require individual names and/or serial numbers:
  • Upload the artwork file first.
  • On the next page, download the Excel template under Mass Template Personalisation.
  • Fill in all required data in the Excel file.
  • The system will detect the total number of records in the Excel file.
  • Example:
    If the Excel file contains 30 names and each name requires 1 piece,
    please set the order quantity as 1.

⏳ 4) Artwork Submission Cut-Off

  • Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
  • Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.
