Plastic Business Cards: Our team will perform a basic file check (size, margins & color). If there are minor issues, we may apply small corrections where necessary and proceed for production.

✅ Quick Upload Checklist

  • Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI
  • Artwork size must match the size selected on this page (avoid scaling).
  • Bleed: Add 3mm bleed if your background goes to the edge.
  • Safe area: Keep important text/logo at least 3–5mm inside from the edge.
  • Resolution: 300dpi recommended for best print quality.
  • Color mode: CMYK recommended.
  • Fonts: Outline fonts or embed fonts in PDF to avoid missing font issues.
  • Avoid thin borders near edge: trimming may have slight tolerance.

📦 Multiple Files? Please Upload as ZIP

If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.

  • ✅ Combine all artwork files into ONE ZIP file.
  • ✅ Include any linked images, fonts, or supporting files if required.
  • ❌ Do not upload multiple individual files separately.

This helps us ensure that no files are missing and allows us to process your order more quickly and accurately.

📏 1) Sizes

  • Please make sure you select the correct size before uploading. Your artwork must be prepared in the same size.

🧾 2) Single Side / Double Side Upload

  • Single-sided print: only Artwork–Front Page upload will be shown.
  • Double-sided print: both Artwork–Front and Artwork–Back uploads will be shown.
  • For double-sided printing, please upload two separate files (recommended):
    Example: Card-Front.pdf and Card-Back.pdf

⏳ 3) Artwork Submission

  • Please upload your artwork before 5:00 PM. Late uploads may delay production and delivery schedule.
  • If you choose Upload Later, please share your files via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

💳 Terms & Conditions

  • Payment must be made before production. Please email payment slip to [email protected] once payment is completed.
  • Late payment may cause delays in production and delivery schedule.

➕ Add Item (Same Specification, Same Quantity)

  • You may add items with the same specification and quantity but different artwork to save time for multiple job orders.
    Please note: This is not a split-quantity order for different designs.
  • After checkout, the selected options will apply to all uploaded files under the same specification and quantity.
