This is an Express product. Correct artwork setup and timely upload are important. Incorrect files or late uploads may affect express production and delivery schedules.
✅ Quick Upload Checklist
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI / high-resolution JPG
- Artwork size must match the poster size selected on this page.
- Bleed: Add 3mm bleed on all sides if background reaches the edge.
- Safe area: Keep important text & logos at least 3–5mm from trim edge.
- Colour mode: CMYK recommended.
- Resolution: 300dpi recommended (minimum 150dpi).
- Fonts: Outline or embed fonts before exporting.
📐 1) Artwork Size & Layout
- Please ensure the correct poster size is selected when ordering.
- Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
- Incorrect sizing may cause trimming or alignment issues.

- Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
- Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected size and specifications.

If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.
- ✅ Combine all artwork files into ONE ZIP file.
- ✅ Include any linked images, fonts, or supporting files if required.
- ❌ Do not upload multiple individual files separately.
This helps us ensure that no files are missing and allows us to process your order more quickly and accurately.
⏳ 3) Artwork Submission Cut-Off
- Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM for express processing.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery timelines.
