- Please ensure the correct bunting size is selected when placing your order.
- Artwork size must match the selected size 1:1 (do not scale or stretch).
- Artwork orientation must be portrait (vertical).
🎨 1) Artwork Preparation
- Recommended format: PDF (AI or high-resolution JPG also accepted).
- Colour mode: CMYK.
- Resolution: 150–300dpi at actual size.
- All fonts must be outlined or rasterised.

80–100mm above the bottom edge.
⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload

- Ensure the artwork is final and confirmed before uploading.
📦 Multiple Files? Please Upload as ZIP
If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.
- ✅ Combine all artwork files into ONE ZIP file.
- ✅ Include any linked images, fonts, or supporting files if required.
- ❌ Do not upload multiple individual files separately.
This helps us ensure that no files are missing and allows us to process your order more quickly and accurately.
⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off
- Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.
-
If you choose Upload Later, please send your files via WeTransfer or email to
[email protected] and clearly state your order number.
➕ Add Item (Same Specification, Same Quantity)
- You may add multiple items with the same specification and quantity but different artwork.
- This option does not allow splitting quantities into different designs.
