📌 Product Note (Brochure Holder)
Brochure holders usually include printed inserts or panels that sit inside a holder frame. Please ensure your artwork fits the visible display area and does not extend into hidden or covered sections.
✅ Recommended File Checklist
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI.
- Colour mode: CMYK.
- Image resolution: 150–300dpi at actual size.
- Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them.
- Bleed: Add 3–5mm if background colour or images extend to edges.
🎨 1) Artwork Preparation
- Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
- Ensure layout matches the selected brochure holder size.
- Do not place important text or logos too close to edges.
- If artwork will be inserted into a holder, ensure orientation is correct.
⚠️ Safe Area Recommendation:
Keep all important text, logos, and QR codes at least
10–20mm away from edges. This helps prevent content from being hidden by the holder frame.

- Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
- Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected size and orientation.

If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.
- ✅ Combine all artwork files into ONE ZIP file.
- ✅ Include any linked images, fonts, or supporting files if required.
- ❌ Do not upload multiple individual files separately.
This helps us ensure that no files are missing and allows us to process your order more quickly and accurately.
⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off
- Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.
