Wire-O Booklet: Our team will perform a basic file check on size, margins and print suitability. Minor adjustments may be made if necessary before proceeding to production.

✅ Quick Upload Checklist

  • Recommended format: PDF (final print-ready file)
  • Color mode: Black & White / Grayscale only
  • Resolution: 300dpi recommended
  • Fonts: Outline or embed fonts in PDF
  • Page size: Must match the size selected on this page
  • Wire-O safe margin: Keep all important content at least 12mm away from the binding side

📄 Artwork File Preparation

  • Submit ONE single PDF file containing all pages.
  • Pages must be arranged in reading order.
  • If a page is blank, please keep it blank in the PDF.

📦 Multiple Files? Please Upload as ZIP

If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.

  • ✅ Combine all artwork files into ONE ZIP file.
  • ✅ Include any linked images, fonts, or supporting files if required.
  • ❌ Do not upload multiple individual files separately.

This helps us ensure that no files are missing and allows us to process your order more quickly and accurately.

  • Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM. Late uploads may delay production.
  • If you choose Upload Later, please send files via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

  • You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity.
  • This is not split quantity for different designs.
  • All selected options will apply to all uploaded files under the same job.
