Flags: Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files for size, margins, and colour settings. If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before the files are sent directly for production.
📐 Size Selection
- Please ensure the correct flag size is selected when placing your order.
- Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
- Incorrect sizing may cause trimming or finishing issues after sewing.
🎨 1) Artwork Preparation
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI.
- Colour mode: CMYK.
- Image resolution: 150–300dpi at actual size.
- Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them.
- Ensure the artwork is flattened and print-ready.
⚠️ Safe Area & Finishing Allowance:
Please keep all important text, logos, and key elements at least
30–50mm away from the edges. Flags usually require sewing, sleeves, or eyelets, which may affect edge visibility.

- Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
- Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected size and flag specifications.

If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.
- ✅ Combine all artwork files into ONE ZIP file.
- ✅ Include any linked images, fonts, or supporting files if required.
- ❌ Do not upload multiple individual files separately.
This helps us ensure that no files are missing and allows us to process your order more quickly and accurately.
⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-off Time
- Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.
