file will then proceed directly to production.
✅ Quick Upload Checklist
- Accepted formats: PDF, ZIP, JPG
- Recommended format: PDF (final print-ready file)
- Colour mode: CMYK
- Resolution: Minimum 300dpi
- Bleed: 3mm on all sides
- Text safety margin: Keep important text at least 5mm from trim edges

If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.

- ✅ Include any linked images, fonts, or supporting files if required.
- ❌ Do not upload multiple individual files separately.
This helps us ensure that no files are missing and allows us to process your order more quickly and accurately.
📄 PDF Upload Options
- Single PDF file: If your booklet is, for example, a 12-page booklet, you may upload one complete 12-page PDF directly.
- Multiple PDF files (page by page): If your booklet has 12 pages and each page is saved as a separate PDF, please name them in sequence:
01_Filename.pdf, 02_Filename.pdf, 03_Filename.pdf … -

If your booklet has many pages, we strongly recommend zipping all files into one ZIP file for upload.
📐 Size Selection

Please ensure the correct booklet size is selected during ordering. Uploaded artwork must match the selected size.
🎨 Artwork Preparation

PDF is the final file used for printing. Please export your artwork as a final, print-ready PDF.

Pages must be arranged in reading order (do not impose spreads).

If your booklet includes blank pages, please leave those pages empty in the PDF.
