[Express] Staple Booklets: Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files, including page size, margins, colour setup and print readiness. If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made where necessary before the files are sent directly for express production.

📁 1) Accepted File Formats

• You may upload PDF, ZIP or JPG files.
• Only one file can be uploaded per upload box.
• PDF format is highly recommended for best print results.

📄 2) PDF File Submission

• Single PDF:
  If your booklet is, for example, 12 pages, please upload one complete PDF containing all 12 pages in the correct order.
• Multiple PDFs (one page per file):
  Name each file in sequence using prefixes such as:
  01_Filename.pdf, 02_Filename.pdf, 03_Filename.pdf, etc.
• You may upload multiple files by clicking the “+” button.
• If your booklet has many pages, it is recommended to ZIP all PDF files and upload as one ZIP file.

🗜️ 3) ZIP File Submission

• ZIP all individual PDF pages in the correct sequence.
• Ensure all files inside the ZIP are clearly named in page order.
• Upload one ZIP file only.

📐 4) Size & Page Setup

• Please ensure the selected booklet size matches your artwork size.
• Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
• Pages must be arranged in reading order, not imposed spreads.
• If your booklet includes blank pages, please leave those pages empty.

🎨 5) Artwork & Colour Setup

• Colour mode: CMYK.
• Recommended image resolution: 300dpi.
• All fonts must be converted to outlines or embedded.
• Keep important text and logos away from trimming edges.

⬆️ 6) Artwork Upload Cut-Off

• Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
• Late uploads may affect express production and delivery timelines.
• If you choose Upload Later, please send your files via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

➕ Add Item (Same Specification & Quantity)

• You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity.
• This option is not for splitting quantities across different designs.
• All selected options will apply to every uploaded artwork under this item.
