[Economy] Long Brochures: Our team will perform a basic artwork check (size, margins, layout and color setup). If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before sending the job for production.

✅ Quick Upload Checklist

  • Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI
  • Artwork size must match the size selected on this page.
  • Bleed: Add 3mm bleed on all sides if background reaches the edge.
  • Safe area: Keep important text & logos at least 3–5mm from trim edges.
  • Color mode: CMYK recommended.
  • Resolution: 300dpi recommended for images.
  • Fonts: Outline or embed fonts before exporting.

If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.

  • ✅ Combine all artwork files into ONE ZIP file.
  • ✅ Include any linked images, fonts, or supporting files if required.
  • ❌ Do not upload multiple individual files separately.

This helps us ensure that no files are missing and allows us to process your order more quickly and accurately.

📄 1) Artwork Layout (Long Brochure)

  • Prepare artwork as one continuous long layout based on the selected size.
  • If the brochure includes folds, ensure content is positioned correctly for each panel.
  • Avoid placing important text or logos too close to fold lines.

🧾 2) Artwork Upload

  • Please upload one artwork per order item.
  • Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected specification.

⏳ 3) Artwork Submission

  • Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
  • Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedule.

  • You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity.
  • This is not a split quantity for different designs.
