directly for production.
📐 Size Selection
- Please ensure the correct banner size is selected when placing your order.
- Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
- Incorrect sizing may cause fitting or tension issues after installation.
🎨 1) Artwork Preparation
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI.
- Colour mode: CMYK.
- Image resolution: 150–300dpi at actual size.
- Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them.
- Ensure the artwork is flattened and print-ready.
⚠️ Safe Area & Tension Allowance:
For straight tension fabric banners, please keep all important text, logos, and key elements at least 30–50mm away from all edges. This helps prevent content from being hidden or distorted after stretching onto the frame.
✅ Design Tip:
Avoid placing small text or critical logos too close to the edges. Fabric tension may slightly stretch edge areas during installation.

- Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
- Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected size and specifications.

If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.
- ✅ Combine all artwork files into ONE ZIP file.
- ✅ Include any linked images, fonts, or supporting files if required.
- ❌ Do not upload multiple individual files separately.
This helps us ensure that no files are missing and allows us to process your order more quickly and accurately.
⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off Time
- Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.
