Available Flyer Sizes

Choose the size that best suits the amount of information and how the flyer will be distributed.

A5 — 148 × 210mm

A popular handout size for retail promotions, events, menus, vouchers and product information.

A4 — 210 × 297mm

Provides more room for detailed promotions, price lists, property information and service descriptions.

DL — 99 × 210mm

Choosing Your Flyer Paper

Paper availability may depend on the selected size, quantity and current fast-print production setup. Always follow the paper choices shown in the online calculator.

Simili Paper

An uncoated and writable paper style. Useful for flyers that may need notes, handwriting, stamping or form-like information.

Art Paper

A smoother coated paper that is commonly selected for colourful marketing artwork, photographs and promotional graphics.

Fast Production – What Customers Should Know

Same-Day Production

Available only for eligible orders and when the current production schedule allows it. Confirm availability before relying on same-day completion.

Next-Day Production

Suitable for urgent orders that do not require immediate same-day completion.

Artwork Must Be Ready

Incorrect size, missing bleed, low-resolution artwork or late file submission may delay a fast-print order.

Fast production begins only after the order and complete print-ready artwork are accepted. Collection or delivery time should be planned separately.

Self-Collection by Lalamove

Customers may arrange their own Lalamove or other local delivery rider to collect the completed order. Please wait until Image Magic confirms that the order is ready for collection before booking a rider. Rider arrangements and delivery charges are the customer's responsibility.

Artwork Preparation Guidelines

Correct artwork preparation is especially important for same-day and next-day orders.

File Format and Size
  • PDF is recommended for print-ready artwork.
  • AI may also be supplied where supported.
  • Prepare artwork at the exact selected flyer size.
  • Do not submit A4 artwork when A5 or DL has been ordered.
Bleed and Safe Area
  • Add approximately 3mm bleed on all sides.
  • Extend backgrounds and images through the bleed.
  • Keep important text and logos approximately 3–5mm inside the trimming edge.
Colour and Resolution
  • Prepare full-colour artwork in CMYK.
  • Images should be approximately 300 DPI at final printing size.
  • Low-resolution web images may appear blurred or pixelated when printed.
Fonts and Linked Images
  • Outline or embed all fonts.
  • Embed linked images before exporting.
  • Check prices, dates, contact details and QR codes carefully before submission.
Single- or Two-Sided Artwork
If the selected calculator option includes two-sided printing, supply clearly identified front and back artwork. For single-sided printing, supply only the required front artwork.
Fast-Print Artwork Check
Image Magic may perform a basic technical check for size, bleed, margin and colour setup. This is not a design, proofreading or artwork-creation service. Incorrect files may affect the fast production schedule.
