Choose the Correct Panel Count

Three-Panel Layout Two Fold Lines

The open sheet is divided into three sections. Depending on the selected option, it can use a roll-style tri-fold or Z-fold arrangement.

Four-Panel Layout Three Fold Lines

The open sheet is divided into four sections. Use only the four-panel folding option and template shown after selecting the size.

Important Panel Count Must Match the Template

A three-panel fold file cannot be used for a four-panel brochure, even when the folded height is the same.

The fold selector should change according to the selected panel count. A four-panel size must not retain a three-panel or two-fold-line label.

Three-Panel Folding Styles

Roll Tri-Fold – Landscape One panel folds inward and the outer panel closes over it. The inward panel may be slightly narrower.
Z-Fold – Landscape Panels fold in alternating directions to create an accordion-style Z shape.
Select the folding option after selecting the brochure size. Always download and use the matching template because panel widths and fold positions may differ.

Printing Sides

Full Colour – Single Sided Prints one face of the complete open sheet. A three-panel brochure has three printed panel faces; a four-panel brochure has four. The reverse remains blank.
Full Colour – Both Sides Prints both faces of the open sheet, providing up to six printed faces on a three-panel brochure or eight on a four-panel brochure.
The ordering calculator does not offer a customer-selectable choice between offset and digital production. The description should simply state full-colour printing.

A lightweight uncoated paper suited to economical distribution and brochures where a writable surface may be useful.

Finishing No Lamination Field Shown

Matte and gloss lamination should not be presented as included or directly selectable under this product.

The old description lists 128gsm and 157gsm Art Paper and 210gsm and 260gsm Art Card but omits the current 80gsm Simili default. Confirm every paper dropdown value before publishing additional stocks.

Artwork Preparation Guidelines

Prepare each printed side as one continuous long layout using the matching size and fold template.

File Format and Resolution
  • PDF is the preferred print-ready format.
  • AI files may also be submitted.
  • Prepare full-colour artwork in CMYK.
  • Use images of approximately 300 DPI at final size.
  • Outline or embed all fonts before exporting.
Continuous Long Layout
  • Prepare one continuous flat layout for each printed side.
  • Artwork must match the selected open size.
  • Position every panel according to the matching folding template.
  • Do not submit unrelated individual pages unless specifically requested.
Bleed and Safe Area
  • Add 3mm bleed on all outer edges when backgrounds extend to the trimming edge.
  • Extend background colours and images completely through the bleed.
  • Keep important text and logos at least 3–5mm inside trimming edges.
  • Keep essential content clear of all fold lines.
Fold-Line Preparation
  • Follow the exact fold positions in the selected template.
  • Do not divide every panel equally unless the template confirms equal panel widths.
  • Keep small text, QR codes and logos away from fold lines.
  • Remove fold guides from printable artwork or identify them clearly as non-printing guides.
Single- and Both-Sided Files
  • Upload one complete layout for single-sided printing.
  • Upload clearly labelled front and back layouts for both-sided printing.
  • Check the back orientation and panel sequence before submission.
Panel Sequence Check
  • Confirm which panel becomes the front cover.
  • Confirm the reading order as the brochure unfolds.
  • Print a reduced paper mock-up before submitting a complex multi-panel design.
Artwork Submission
  • Upload complete artwork before 5:00 PM.
  • Late, missing or incorrectly prepared artwork may affect production and delivery timing.
  • Include the order number when submitting artwork after checkout.
Multiple Designs
  • The minimum quantity applies to each design.
  • One selected quantity cannot be divided among several different brochure designs.
  • Use Add Item for another artwork with the same specification and quantity.
Basic Artwork Check
  • A basic check may cover size, margins, layout and colour setup.
  • It is not a design, content-editing or proofreading service.
  • Customers remain responsible for text, prices, dates, contact details and QR codes.
