Our team will perform a basic artwork check (size, margins and suitability for embossing).
If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before proceeding to production.
✅ Quick Upload Checklist
- Recommended format: AI / PDF (vector artwork required)
- Artwork must be in BLACK & WHITE only (no colours, gradients or images).
- All text must be converted to outlines.
- Minimum line thickness: 0.3pt (very thin lines may not emboss well).
- No shading or halftone effects – solid vector shapes only.
- Artwork size must match the selected embossing seal size.
📐 1) Artwork Preparation (Embossing)
- Prepare artwork as a single flat vector design.
- Embossing works best with simple logos, text, or symbols.
- Avoid very small text or fine details.
- Do not include background boxes or frames unless required.
🧾 2) File Upload
- Please upload ONE final artwork file per order item.
- Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected specification.
⏳ 3) Artwork Submission
- Artwork should be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedule.

- You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity.
- This is not a split quantity for different designs.
