Lanyards: Our team will perform a basic artwork check (size, margins, layout repetition and color setup). If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before proceeding to production.

✅ Quick Upload Checklist

  • Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI
  • Artwork size must match the selected lanyard width & length.
  • Bleed: Add 3mm bleed on both sides if background reaches the edge.
  • Safe area: Keep logos & text at least 3–5mm away from edges.
  • Color mode: CMYK recommended.
  • Resolution: 300dpi recommended for linked images.
  • Fonts: Outline or embed fonts before exporting.

📐 1) Artwork Layout (Lanyard)

  • Prepare artwork as a horizontal repeated pattern based on the lanyard length.
  • Ensure logos and text are aligned correctly and readable when worn.
  • Avoid placing important elements too close to stitching or edge areas.
  • For double-sided lanyards, ensure both sides are aligned consistently.

🧾 2) File Upload

  • Please upload one final artwork file per order item.
  • Artwork should already include the full repeat pattern.
  • Do not upload multiple versions unless instructed.

📦 Multiple Files? Please Upload as ZIP

If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.

  • ✅ Combine all artwork files into ONE ZIP file.
  • ✅ Include any linked images, fonts, or supporting files if required.
  • ❌ Do not upload multiple individual files separately.

This helps us ensure that no files are missing and allows us to process your order more quickly and accurately.

⏳ 3) Artwork Submission

  • Artwork should be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
  • Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedule.
  • If you choose Upload Later, please send files via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

➕ Add Item (Same Specification, Same Quantity)

  • You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity.
  • This is not a split quantity for different designs.
  • All selected options will apply to every artwork under the same order.
