Letterheads: Our team will perform a basic artwork check (size, margins and color setup). If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before proceeding to production.

✅ Quick Upload Checklist

  • Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI
  • Artwork size must match the selected letterhead size (e.g. A4).
  • Bleed: Not required unless background colour extends to the edge (add 3mm if needed).
  • Safe area: Keep important text & logos at least 10–15mm from all edges.
  • Color mode: CMYK recommended.
  • Resolution: 300dpi recommended for images.
  • Fonts: Outline or embed fonts before exporting.

📄 1) Artwork Layout (Letterhead)

  • Design should be prepared as single-sided artwork.
  • Common elements include company logo, header, footer and contact details.
  • Leave sufficient blank space in the body area for writing or printing text.
  • Avoid placing important elements too close to the paper edges.

🧾 2) File Upload

  • Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
  • Ensure the file is print-ready and matches the selected specifications.

📦 Multiple Files? Please Upload as ZIP

If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.

  • ✅ Combine all artwork files into ONE ZIP file.
  • ✅ Include any linked images, fonts, or supporting files if required.
  • ❌ Do not upload multiple individual files separately.

This helps us ensure that no files are missing and allows us to process your order more quickly and accurately.

⏳ 3) Artwork Submission

  • Artwork should be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
  • Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedule.
  • If you choose Upload Later, please send files via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

➕ Add Item (Same Specification, Same Quantity)

  • You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity.
  • This is not a split quantity for different designs.
  • All selected options will apply to every uploaded file under the same order item.
