Menu Sheet: Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files for size, margins, bleed and colour setup. If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before sending the files for production.
📐 Size Selection
- Please ensure the correct menu size is selected when placing your order.
- Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
- Incorrect sizing may result in trimming or alignment issues.
🎨 1) Artwork Preparation
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI / high-resolution JPG.
- Colour mode: CMYK.
- Image resolution: 300dpi at actual size (minimum 150dpi).
- Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them.
- Ensure artwork is flattened and print-ready before uploading.
⚠️ Safe Area & Trimming Allowance:
Please keep all important text, logos, and key information at least
3–5mm away from the edges to avoid trimming issues.
📄 2) Single / Double Sided Artwork
- Single-sided print: only the Artwork – Front upload button will appear.
- Double-sided print: both Artwork – Front and Artwork – Back upload buttons will appear.
- Please upload the correct artwork to the corresponding section.
📦 Multiple Files? Please Upload as ZIP
If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.
- ✅ Combine all artwork files into ONE ZIP file.
- ✅ Include any linked images, fonts, or supporting files if required.
- ❌ Do not upload multiple individual files separately.
This helps us ensure that no files are missing and allows us to process your order more quickly and accurately.

- Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery timelines.
