Packaging Sleeves: Our team will perform a basic file check (size, margins and colour). If there are minor issues, we may apply small adjustments where necessary and proceed for production.

✅ Quick Upload Checklist

  • Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI
  • Artwork size must match the selected sleeve size (40mm / 60mm / 90mm x 420mm).
  • Bleed: Add 3mm bleed on all sides if background goes to the edge.
  • Safe area: Keep important text / logo at least 3–5mm inside from the edge.
  • Overlap / joining area: Avoid placing important content where the sleeve overlaps or is glued.
  • Resolution: 300dpi recommended for images.
  • Colour mode: CMYK recommended.
  • Fonts: Outline or embed fonts before exporting PDF.

📌 1) Size Selection

  • Available sizes: 40mm / 60mm / 90mm x 420mm.
  • Your artwork must match the selected size to avoid trimming or alignment issues.

🧾 2) Upload Method

  • Single-sided print only: upload your artwork using the Artwork – Front Page button.

Recommended File Setup (Easy)

  • Artwork: Single page layout (full sleeve design)
  • Background: Extend background into bleed area if needed

📦 Multiple Files? Please Upload as ZIP

If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.

  • ✅ Combine all artwork files into ONE ZIP file.
  • ✅ Include any linked images, fonts, or supporting files if required.
  • ❌ Do not upload multiple individual files separately.

This helps us ensure that no files are missing and allows us to process your order more quickly and accurately.

🎨 3) Packaging Sleeve Design Tips

  • Avoid placing logos or text near edges or overlap area.
  • Ensure important content is placed within the visible front section.
  • Continuous background designs require proper bleed.
  • Keep design clean and readable for better branding impact.

⏳ 4) Artwork Submission

  • Artwork should be uploaded before 5:00 PM. Late uploads may affect production schedule.
  • If you choose Upload Later, please send files via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

➕ Add Item (Same Specification, Same Quantity)

  • You may add items with the same specification and quantity but different artwork.
  • Please note: This is not a split quantity for different designs.
