Our team will perform a basic artwork check (size, margins and color setup).
If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before proceeding to production.
📐 Size Selection
- Please ensure the correct Premium Roll Up Bunting size is selected when ordering.
- Artwork size must match the selected size exactly (1:1 scale).
- Incorrect sizing may result in trimming or alignment issues.
🎨 1) Artwork Preparation
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI.
- Color mode: CMYK.
- Image resolution: 150–300dpi at actual size.
- Fonts: Outline or embed all fonts before exporting.
- Ensure all images and elements are placed correctly within the final artwork size.
⚠️ Safe Area & Bottom Allowance (Important):
Keep important text, logos and QR codes at least 10–15mm away from all edges.
Please allow additional space at the bottom area of the artwork, as part of the design
will be hidden inside the roll-up base after installation.
⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload
- Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
- Artwork must be print-ready and follow the selected specifications.
⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off
- Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.

- You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity.
- This option is not for split quantities with different designs.
