Current Combined Table Cloth Product Options

The live calculator exposes Table Cloth Type, Quantity Per Design, Size, Printing Side & Color, Material Type, Material Properties and Production Time. Keep both materials under this single Table Cloth product and use the live selectors as the final source of truth.

Table Cloth TypeChoose the current 4 Feet, 6 Feet or 8 Feet Table Cloth type.
Quantity Per DesignThe current indexed default is 1 piece per design. Different artwork versions should be separate order items unless Add Item is used with the same specification and quantity.
SizeThe current 4ft default is 60cm width × 122cm length × 74cm height. Legacy Standard and Heavy-Duty pages disagree slightly on 6ft/8ft widths, so use the current Size selector/template until those measurements are unified.
Printing Side & ColorCurrent default: Single Sided Dye Sublimation Printing. Do not advertise double-sided printing unless it appears in the live selector.

Material Properties300D currently uses durability, flexibility and printability. For 600D, publish waterproof / flame-retardant properties only to the level supported by current supplier documentation.
Production TimeCurrent combined default: 12–14 working days. The selected live Production Time takes priority if options change the schedule.

300D Knitted vs 600D Heavy-Duty Table Cloth

Both are custom printed event table covers, but the two fabrics are designed for different handling and usage conditions.

260gsm 300D Knitted Fabric — Standard Event Table Cloth
  • Flexible knitted construction with a softer drape over the table.
  • Good wrinkle resistance and easy folding for transport.
  • Current material-property wording: durability, flexibility and printability.
  • Best suited to indoor exhibitions, trade shows, registration counters, corporate events and roadshows.
  • Choose this when easy handling and a softer fabric appearance are the priority.
600D Oxford Tent Fabric — Heavy-Duty Table Cloth
  • Thicker denier fabric for tougher repeated event handling.
  • More abrasion-resistant and structured than the 300D knitted option.
  • The existing Heavy-Duty specification describes the material as waterproof and flame-retardant.
  • Useful for outdoor events, bazaars, food fairs, roadshows and high-handling booth setups.
  • Choose this when toughness and wipe-clean maintenance are more important than soft drape.
Flame-retardant certification: do not state NFPA 701, BS 5867 or another named fire standard unless the current supplier certificate confirms it. If a venue requires a certificate, verify the actual supplied material before the customer orders.
The old Standard page says “100% polyester”, while the combined live selector now identifies the material more specifically as 260gsm 300D Knitted Fabric. Use the live material name as the main specification and keep fibre-composition claims only when supported by the current supplier data sheet.

4ft, 6ft and 8ft Table Cloth Selection

4 Feet Table ClothCurrent live default: 60cm wide × 122cm long × 74cm high. Use the matching 4ft template.
6 Feet Table ClothUse the current Size selector and 6ft template. Legacy pages show 74cm versus 76.2cm width, so remove old hard-coded dimensions until unified.
8 Feet Table ClothUse the current Size selector and 8ft template. Keep artwork aligned to the exact combined product dimensions.
Custom size: do not advertise custom sizes as a standard online option unless a Custom Size value exists in the combined Size selector. Quote non-standard sizes separately if production confirms them.

Full-Colour Dye-Sublimation Table Cloth Printing

The current product uses full-colour single-sided dye-sublimation printing for logos, brand colours, photographs, patterns and booth graphics.

Main BrandingKeep the Logo on the Front Panel

Place the most important logo, company name and message where they remain visible from the aisle when the cloth is draped.

Full SurfaceUse the Complete Template

Background graphics can continue across the top and sides, but avoid critical information where the fabric folds or reaches the floor.

Do not describe the product as double-sided unless the live Printing Side & Color selector offers it.

Care Instructions by Material

300D Knitted FabricThe previous Standard instructions describe it as machine washable and iron-safe at a suitable fabric temperature. Confirm the latest care instruction after consolidation and avoid excessive heat directly on the printed surface.
600D Oxford Tent FabricWipe clean with a damp cloth, allow it to dry completely before folding and storage, and do not machine wash unless the current supplier care specification allows it.

  • Allow space for sewing and finishing.

Fonts and Final File
  • Outline or embed fonts.
  • Use one final artwork per order item.
  • Remove draft layers.
  • Label the file by table size/material where helpful.
