Important: Enter the dimensions as Width × Height. For example, a traditional 3ft-high × 6ft-wide banner should be entered as Width 6ft × Height 3ft.
Common examples that fit the calculator include 4ft wide × 2ft high, 6ft wide × 3ft high and 8ft wide × 4ft high. They are examples only, not fixed product-size options.

Artwork Preparation Guidelines

Prepare artwork according to the ordered size and selected finishing.

File Format and Colour
  • PDF is the preferred print-ready format.
  • AI artwork is also accepted.
  • Prepare artwork in CMYK colour mode.
  • Outline or embed all fonts.
  • Flatten the final print-ready artwork.
Artwork Size and Resolution
  • Prepare artwork at the exact ordered dimensions.
  • Artwork should be supplied at 1:1 actual size.
  • Use approximately 150–300dpi images at actual output size.
  • Avoid enlarging low-resolution web images for a large banner.
Safe Area and Finishing Allowance
  • Keep important text, logos and QR codes approximately 30–50mm inside all outer edges.
  • Finishing such as stitching, pockets and eyelets may affect the edge area.
  • Keep critical content farther inside when using pocket or eyelet finishing.
  • Follow the downloadable template where a specific finishing allowance is shown.
Bleed
The inline product guideline and dedicated upload page currently give different edge instructions. Follow the downloadable product template for the required bleed and finishing allowance instead of assuming a generic bleed value.
Multiple Designs
  • The selected quantity applies to each individual artwork.
  • Use Add Item when multiple artworks have the same specification and quantity.
  • One selected quantity cannot be divided among different designs.
Artwork Upload Timing
  • Upload one final artwork file per order item.
  • Artwork should be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
  • Late uploads can affect production and delivery schedules.
  • If several supporting files are required, combine them into one ZIP file.
