Poster With Foam Board:
Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files for size, margins, and colour settings.
If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before the files are sent directly
for production.
📐 Size Selection
- Please ensure the correct poster size is selected when placing your order.
- Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
- Incorrect sizing may affect trimming and mounting alignment on the foam board.
⚠️ Important Note (Foam Board Mounting)
Posters will be mounted onto foam board. Slight edge trimming may occur during finishing.
Please avoid placing important text, logos, faces, QR codes, or borders too close to the edge.
🎨 1) Artwork Preparation
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI / high-resolution JPG.
- Colour mode: CMYK.
- Image resolution: 300dpi at actual size (minimum 150dpi).
- Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them.
- If your artwork contains images, please ensure they are embedded (not linked).
- Flatten artwork and ensure it is print-ready before uploading.
✅ Bleed & Safe Area
Bleed (if background goes to the edge): Add 3mm bleed on all sides.
Safe area: Keep all important elements at least 5–10mm inside from the trim edge
to prevent trimming issues after mounting.
⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload
- Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
- Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected size and specifications.
- Do not upload multiple versions (draft / final / v2). Upload the final confirmed artwork only.
⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off Time
- Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.

- You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity to save time.
- This option is not for splitting quantity across different designs.
