If changing your stamp to a different ink colour, using a fresh replacement pad helps avoid colour contamination from the old pad.

What Does “No Ink” Mean?

Select No Ink when an uninked replacement pad is required. Add only suitable ink that is compatible with the pad, stamp and intended application.

A spare pad and bottled refill ink are different products. Choose an inked spare pad when you want to replace the complete pad with a ready-coloured replacement.

When Should You Replace the Pad?

Light Impressions The stamp impression remains too light during normal use.
Uneven Impressions Parts of the stamp appear lighter or less consistent.
Worn or Damaged Pad Replace the complete pad when its surface or holder is worn or damaged.
Changing Ink Colour A fresh pad is recommended when changing to another colour.
Pad Is Too Dry Replace the pad when re-inking is no longer giving a clean, even result.
Old Pad Is Contaminated Replace pads affected by mixed ink, dirt or unsuitable ink.

Replacing a COLOP Spare Pad

  1. Check Stamp Model Identify the model number printed on the stamp.
  2. Select Pad Code Order the replacement code made for that model.
  3. Remove Old Pad Lock the stamp slightly down and slide the old pad out.
  4. Insert New Pad Slide the replacement pad into position without touching the inked surface unnecessarily.
