Table Cloths (Heavy Duty): Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files for size, margins, and colour settings. If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before the files are sent directly for production.

📐 Size Selection

  • Please ensure the correct Heavy Duty Table Cloth size is selected when placing your order.
  • Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
  • Incorrect sizing may result in fitting or alignment issues.

🎨 1) Artwork Preparation

  • Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI.
  • Colour mode: CMYK.
  • Image resolution: 150–300dpi at actual size.
  • Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them.
  • Ensure the artwork is flattened and print-ready.

⚠️ Safe Area & Sewing Allowance:
Please keep all important text, logos, and key elements at least 30–50mm away from all edges. This allows sufficient space for sewing and finishing.

🧵 Heavy Duty Fabric Note:
Heavy duty table cloths use thicker and heavier fabric. Please avoid placing important content too close to the bottom edge, as the cloth may drape, fold, or touch the floor depending on table height.

⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload

  • Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
  • Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected size and specifications.

⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off Time

  • Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
  • Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.
  • If you choose Upload Later, please send your files via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

  • You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity.
  • This option is not for splitting quantities across different designs.
