If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before the files are sent for production.
⚠️ Black & White Printing Notice
This product is printed in black & white only.
Please ensure all artwork is prepared in grayscale or pure black.
Colours, gradients or light grey tones may not reproduce as expected.
📐 Size & Layout
- Please ensure the correct ticket or voucher size is selected when placing your order.
- Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
- If perforation or numbering is required, ensure the layout allows sufficient spacing.
🎨 1) Artwork Preparation
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI.
- Colour mode: Grayscale or Black only.
- Image resolution: 300dpi at actual size.
- Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them.
- Ensure fine lines are not too thin to avoid breaking during printing.
⚠️ Safe Area & Trimming:
Keep all important text, logos and serial numbers at least
3–5mm away from the trim edge.
This helps prevent important content from being cut during finishing.
⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload
- Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
- Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected size and specifications.
⏳ 3) Artwork Submission Cut-Off
- Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery timelines.
➕ Add Item (Same Specification, Same Quantity)
- You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity.
- This option is not for splitting quantities across different designs.
- All selected options will apply to every uploaded artwork under this item.
