Black & White Wire-O Booklet: Our team will perform a basic file check (size, margins, page order & print-readiness). If there are minor issues, we may apply small corrections where necessary and proceed for production.

✅ Quick Upload Checklist

  • Recommended format: PDF (single PDF file, all pages in order)
  • Artwork size must match the size selected on this page.
  • Black & White print: Please prepare artwork in Grayscale (recommended) or 100% K for solid black text.
  • Bleed: Add 3mm bleed if background images go to the edge.
  • Safe area: Keep important text/logo at least 5mm inside from trim edge.
  • Wire-O binding margin: Keep important content at least 10–12mm away from the binding side (punch holes area).
  • Images: 300dpi recommended.
  • Fonts: Embed or outline fonts before exporting PDF.

📌 1) File Format (Important)

  • Upload 1 PDF only (preferred) — this is the file we will use for printing.
  • Make sure the PDF is final (correct spelling, correct pages, correct orientation).
  • If your booklet includes blank pages, leave the page empty (do not remove the page).

⚠️ IMPORTANT — Page order must be in reading sequence
Please arrange your pages in normal reading order (Page 1 → Page 2 → Page 3…). Do not impose / do not arrange as printer spreads.

  • Page 1: Front Cover
  • Page 2: Inside Front Cover

🧾 3) Black & White Artwork Tips (Better Print Result)

  • Text: Use 100% K black for sharp text (avoid rich black for B/W jobs).
  • Thin lines: Avoid extremely thin lines (recommend ≥ 0.25pt).
  • Photos: Convert images to grayscale and ensure good contrast.
  • Small text: Avoid very small font sizes for better readability.

⏳ 4) Artwork Submission

  • Artwork should be uploaded before 5:00 PM. Late uploads may delay production schedule.
  • If you choose Upload Later, please send files via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

➕ Add Item (Same Specification, Same Quantity)

  • You can add items with the same specification and quantity but different artwork to save time.
  • Please note: This is not split quantity for different designs.
