If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before sending the files for production.
🎨 Colour Printing Notice
This product is printed in full colour (CMYK).
Please ensure all artwork is prepared correctly to achieve the best colour accuracy.
Colours shown on screen may differ slightly from the final printed result.
📐 Size & Layout
- Please ensure the correct ticket or voucher size is selected when placing your order.
- Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
- If numbering, perforation or tear lines are required, please allow sufficient spacing in your layout.
🎨 1) Artwork Preparation
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI.
- Colour mode: CMYK.
- Image resolution: 300dpi at actual size.
- Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them.
- Avoid RGB colours, low-resolution images, or screenshots.
⚠️ Safe Area & Trimming:
Please keep all important text, logos and serial numbers at least
3–5mm away from the trimming edge
to prevent content from being cut off during finishing.
⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload
- Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
- Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected size and specifications.
⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off
- Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.
