If there are minor issues, we may apply small corrections where necessary and proceed for production.

- Artwork–Front Page: Upload your Front design
- Artwork–Back Page: Upload your Back design (only if double sided)
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI
- File naming (recommended): CustomCard-Front.pdf, CustomCard-Back.pdf
Note: For double-sided printing, please upload two separate files (Front & Back) to avoid printing on the wrong side.
⚠️ IMPORTANT — Die Cut Line Required: Custom shape cards must include a cutting line (die cut line).
If the cut line is missing or incorrect, the final shape may be wrong.
✂️ How to Prepare the Die Cut Line (Easy Rules)

Create a vector outline for the cutting shape (AI/PDF vector recommended).

The cut line must be a single continuous path (no broken lines).

Set the cut line as a stroke only (no fill) and place it on a separate layer named: DIE CUT.

Keep the cut line smooth. Avoid too many sharp corners or very tiny details.

Maintain a safe gap: keep important text/logo at least 3–5mm inside the cut line.

If your design has background to the edge, extend background beyond the cut line with 3mm bleed.
📌 Standard Artwork Requirements
- Select the correct size when ordering (artwork must match the selected size).
- Resolution: 300dpi recommended for best quality.
- Color mode: CMYK recommended.
- Fonts: Outline or embed fonts in PDF to avoid missing font issues.
- Avoid borders near edge: trimming/cutting may not be perfectly centered.
