Our team will perform a basic artwork check (size, margins, bleed and color setup).
If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before sending the job for production.
✅ Quick Upload Checklist
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI
- Artwork size must match the hand fan size selected on this page.
- Bleed: Add 3mm bleed if background extends to the edge.
- Safe area: Keep important text & logos at least 5mm away from trim edges.
- Handle / hole area: Avoid placing important elements near the handle or hole position.
- Color mode: CMYK recommended.
- Resolution: 300dpi recommended for images.
- Fonts: Outline or embed fonts before exporting.
📌 Hand Fan Design Notes
Hand fans are die-cut products. Slight position shifts may occur during cutting.
Please avoid placing faces, QR codes or small text too close to the edges or handle area.
📏 1) Size Selection
- Please ensure the selected size matches your artwork exactly.
- Do not resize or stretch the artwork after selecting the product size.
🧾 2) File Upload
- Please upload one final artwork file per order item.
- If your design has multiple pages, combine them into a single PDF before uploading.
- Recommended file name: HandFan-Artwork.pdf
⏳ 3) Artwork Submission
- Artwork should be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedule.
