[Economy] Poster Sheets:
Our team will perform a basic artwork check on size, margins, bleed, and colour settings.
If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before sending the files
for production under our economy printing schedule.
📐 Size Selection
- Please ensure the correct poster size is selected when placing your order.
- Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
- Incorrect sizing may result in trimming or alignment issues.
🎨 1) Artwork Preparation
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI / high-resolution JPG.
- Colour mode: CMYK recommended.
- Image resolution: 300dpi recommended (minimum 150dpi).
- Bleed: Add 3mm bleed on all sides if background reaches the edge.
- Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them.
- Ensure artwork is flattened and print-ready before uploading.
⚠️ Safe Area & Trimming Allowance:
Please keep all important text, logos, and key elements at least
3–5mm away from the edges.
This helps prevent important content from being trimmed during finishing.
⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload
- Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
- Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected size and specifications.
⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off Time
- Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.
