Our team will perform a basic artwork check (size, margins, fold setup and color).
If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before sending the job to production.
✅ Quick Upload Checklist
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI
- Artwork size must match the size selected on this page.
- Bleed: Add 3mm bleed on all sides if background extends to edge.
- Safe area: Keep important text & logos at least 3–5mm from trim & fold lines.
- Color mode: CMYK recommended.
- Resolution: 300dpi recommended for images.
- Fonts: Outline or embed fonts before exporting.
📄 1) Artwork Layout (Z Fold)
- Prepare artwork as one continuous layout according to the Z Fold size.
- Each panel must be positioned correctly based on the Z-fold direction.
- Avoid placing important text, logos or images too close to fold lines.
🧾 2) Single / Double Sided Upload
- Single-sided print: only Artwork–Front Page upload will appear.
- Double-sided print: both Artwork–Front and Artwork–Back upload buttons will appear.
- Please upload the correct artwork to the corresponding section.
⏳ 3) Artwork Submission
- Artwork should be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedule.
