Upload Artwork (Hot Lamination Documents)

Before you upload: Please ensure your artwork matches the selected size and is ready for printing. Our production team will perform a basic file check (size, margins & color). If minor adjustments are required, we may proceed with small corrections and send to production.

📌 1) Artwork Size Must Match Your Selected Order Size

• The artwork you upload must be in the exact same size as the product size you selected (example: A5 / A4 / Name Card).
• If your artwork size is different, the print may appear too small, cropped, or wrong layout.
• If you are unsure, please refer to our artwork guide before uploading.

🎨 2) Print Finishing & Cutting Safety

• Bleed: Add 3mm bleed on all sides if your artwork has background color/image to the edge.
• Safe Area: Keep logos, text & important elements at least 3–5mm inside the cutting line.
• Border Designs: Please avoid thin borders near the edge as trimming may not be 100% perfectly centered.

🖨️ 3) Color & Quality Notes

• For best results, use CMYK color mode.
• Low resolution files may result in blurry / pixelated prints.
• Screen colors may differ slightly from printed output due to monitor settings & printing limitations.

⏳ 4) Upload Cut-Off Time

• Please upload your artwork before 5:00 PM to avoid production or delivery delay.
• If you choose Upload Later, please email your files to us and include your Order Number.

💳 5) Payment Confirmation (Required Before Production)

• Payment must be completed before production begins.
• Please email your payment slip to [email protected]
• Late payment may cause delays in production & delivery schedule.

➕ 6) Add More Designs (Same Spec, Same Quantity)

• You may add multiple artworks under the same product specification & quantity to save time (example: multiple name card designs).
• The same selected specification will apply to all uploaded files in this order.
