Plastic Folders Printing:
Our team will perform a basic artwork check (size, margins, print clarity and colour setup).
If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before proceeding to production.
✅ Quick Upload Checklist
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI
- Artwork size must match the size selected on this page.
- Bleed: Add 3mm bleed on all sides if background extends to the edge.
- Safe area: Keep important text & logos at least 5mm away from trim edges.
- Colour mode: CMYK recommended.
- Resolution: 300dpi recommended for images.
- Fonts: Outline or embed fonts before exporting.
🧊 Plastic Material Notice (Important)
Printing on plastic may appear slightly different from paper. Very light colours, small text and thin lines may look less sharp.
For best results, use high contrast designs and avoid extremely fine details.
📏 1) Artwork File
- Please upload one final artwork file per order item.
- Ensure your artwork is print-ready and matches the selected specifications.
🎨 2) Design Tips (Recommended)
- Keep small text at a readable size (recommended: ≥ 6pt).
- Avoid very thin strokes (recommended: ≥ 0.3pt).
- Do not place important content too close to edges to avoid trimming issues.
- If using large solid colour areas, slight texture/variation may occur — this is normal for plastic printing.
⏳ 3) Artwork Submission
- Artwork should be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedule.
-
If you choose Upload Later, please send files via WeTransfer or email to

- All uploaded files will follow the same selected specifications.
