Table Cloth: Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files for size, margins, and colour settings. If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before the files are sent directly for production.

📐 Size Selection

  • Please ensure the correct table cloth size is selected when placing your order.
  • Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
  • Incorrect sizing may result in misalignment or poor fitting on the table.

🎨 1) Artwork Preparation

  • Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI.
  • Colour mode: CMYK.
  • Image resolution: 150–300dpi at actual size.
  • Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them.
  • Ensure artwork is flattened and print-ready before uploading.

⚠️ Safe Area & Fabric Allowance:
Please keep all important text, logos, and key elements at least 30–50mm away from all edges. This allows for fabric hemming, stitching, and ensures important content remains visible when the table cloth is fitted onto the table.

🧵 Fabric Usage Tip:
Table cloths will drape over the table edges. Avoid placing critical information near the bottom edges, as these areas may fold inward or touch the floor depending on table height.

⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload

  • Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
  • Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected size and table cloth specification.

⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off Time

  • Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
  • Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.
  • If you choose Upload Later, please send your files via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

  • You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity.
  • This option is not for splitting quantities across different designs.
