If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before sending the job to production.
✅ Quick Upload Checklist
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI
- Artwork size must match the size selected on this page.
- Bleed: Add 3mm bleed if background extends to edge.
- Safe area: Keep important text & logos at least 5mm from edges and folding areas.
- Color mode: CMYK recommended.
- Resolution: 300dpi recommended for images.
- Fonts: Outline or embed fonts before exporting.
📏 1) Size Selection
- Please ensure the selected size matches your artwork exactly.
- Incorrect sizing may affect fitting, folding or overall display appearance.
📐 2) Artwork Layout (Table Display Stand)
- Design artwork according to the final display orientation (portrait or landscape).
- Avoid placing important content near folding lines or base support areas.
- Ensure text and images remain readable when viewed from table height.
- Keep background and branding consistent across the entire display area.
🧾 3) Artwork Upload
- Please upload one final artwork file per order item.
- Ensure the uploaded file is print-ready and matches the selected specification.
⏳ 4) Artwork Submission
- Artwork should be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedule.
