A5 Tent Cards:
Our team will perform a basic artwork check (size, margins, fold setup and color).
If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before proceeding to production.
✅ Quick Upload Checklist
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI
- Artwork size must match the selected A5 Tent Card size.
- Bleed: Add 3mm bleed on all sides if background reaches the edge.
- Safe area: Keep important text & logos at least 5mm away from trim and fold lines.
- Color mode: CMYK recommended.
- Resolution: 300dpi recommended for images.
- Fonts: Outline or embed fonts before exporting.
📐 1) Artwork Layout (Tent Card)
- Prepare artwork as one complete flat layout before folding.
- The design should include both front and back panels in one file.
- Ensure the fold line is positioned correctly at the centre.
- Avoid placing text, logos or important details directly on the fold area.
- Check orientation carefully so both sides read correctly when the tent card is standing.
🧾 2) File Upload
- Please upload one final artwork file per order item.
- Ensure the file is print-ready and follows the selected specification.
⏳ 3) Artwork Submission
- Artwork should be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedule.
