Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files for size, margins, and colour settings.
If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before the files are sent
directly for production.
📌 Product Note (Brochure Holder)
Brochure holders usually include printed inserts or panels
that sit inside a holder frame. Please ensure your artwork fits the visible
display area and does not extend into hidden or covered sections.
✅ Recommended File Checklist
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI.
- Colour mode: CMYK.
- Image resolution: 150–300dpi at actual size.
- Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them.
- Bleed: Add 3–5mm if background colour or images extend to edges.
🎨 1) Artwork Preparation
- Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
- Ensure layout matches the selected brochure holder size.
- Do not place important text or logos too close to edges.
- If artwork will be inserted into a holder, ensure orientation is correct.
⚠️ Safe Area Recommendation:
Keep all important text, logos, and QR codes at least
10–20mm away from edges.
This helps prevent content from being hidden by the holder frame.
⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload
- Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
- Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected size and orientation.
⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off
- Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.

- You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity.
- This option is not for splitting quantities across different designs.
- All selected options will apply to every uploaded artwork under this item.
