Canvas Prints: Our team will perform a basic file check on image size, margins and print suitability. Minor adjustments may be made where necessary before proceeding to production.

✅ Quick Upload Checklist

  • Recommended file format: JPG / PNG / PDF
  • Image resolution: 300dpi recommended for best print quality
  • Image size: Must match the canvas size selected during ordering
  • Colour mode: RGB or CMYK accepted
  • Avoid: Screenshots, compressed social media images or low-resolution files
  • Safe area: Keep important elements at least 30–40mm away from edges to prevent them from wrapping around the canvas frame
⚠️ Canvas Wrap Important Notice
Canvas prints are stretched around a wooden frame. The edges of your image may wrap around the sides of the frame.

Please ensure important elements such as faces, logos or text are placed away from the edges.

📐 Canvas Size

  • Please ensure your image proportion matches the canvas size selected.
  • If the image ratio does not match, slight cropping may occur.
  • Images that are too small may appear pixelated when printed.

🖼️ Image Quality Tips

  • Use original high-resolution images from cameras or smartphones.
  • Avoid downloading images from Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp as they are compressed.
  • Bright and sharp photos produce the best canvas print results.
  • Do not enlarge small images excessively as this may reduce print quality.

⬆️ Artwork Upload

  • Artwork should be uploaded before 5:00 PM. Late uploads may delay production.
  • If you choose Upload Later, please send your files via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

➕ Add Item (Same Specification & Quantity)

  • You can add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity.
  • This is not split quantity for different designs.
  • All selected options will apply to all uploaded files under the same job.
