Corner Stapled Documents: Our team will perform a basic file check on size, margins, page order and print suitability. Minor adjustments may be made if necessary before proceeding to production.

✅ Quick Upload Checklist

  • Recommended format: PDF (final print-ready file)
  • Page size: Must match the size selected on this page
  • Color mode: CMYK (for colour) / Grayscale (for B&W) recommended
  • Resolution: 300dpi recommended (for images)
  • Fonts: Outline or embed fonts in PDF
  • Corner staple safe margin: Keep important content at least 12mm away from the stapled corner

Please keep a minimum 12mm safe margin at the stapled corner. Any text or design placed within this area may be covered or damaged by the staple.

📄 Artwork File Preparation

  • Submit ONE single PDF file containing all pages.
  • Pages must be arranged in reading order (Page 1 → Page 2 → Page 3...).
  • If your document includes blank pages, please keep the page blank in the PDF (do not remove it).
  • Do not submit printer spreads / imposition files. Please submit as single pages.

  • Page 1: Cover / First Page
  • Page 2–(Last-1): Content Pages
  • Last Page: Final Page (if applicable)

Tip: If your document is double-sided, please arrange pages normally — we will print and staple accordingly.

📌 Staple Position & Safe Area

  • The staple will be applied at the corner of the document.
  • Avoid placing page numbers, logos, QR codes, signatures or important text near the stapled corner.
  • For best readability, keep key content inside a safe area (at least 12mm from the staple corner).

⬆️ Artwork Upload

  • Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM. Late uploads may delay production.
  • If you choose Upload Later, please send files via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

➕ Add Item (Same Specification & Quantity)

  • You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity.
  • This is not split quantity for different designs.
  • All selected options will apply to all uploaded files under the same job.
