If there are minor issues, we may apply small adjustments where necessary and proceed for production.
✅ Quick Upload Checklist
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI
- Artwork size must match the die-cut folded card size selected on this page.
- Bleed: Add 3mm bleed on all sides if background goes to the edge.
- Safe area: Keep important text / logo at least 3–5mm inside from the cut edge.
- Fold safe zone: Keep important content at least 3–5mm away from the fold line.
- Die-cut safe zone: Avoid placing text too close to curves or corners.
- Resolution: 300dpi recommended for images.
- Colour mode: CMYK recommended.
- Fonts: Outline or embed fonts before exporting PDF.
📌 1) Size & Shape Selection
- Select the correct die-cut folded size before uploading.
- Your artwork must match the selected size and shape to avoid trimming or fold misalignment.

- Single-sided print: only Artwork – Front Page upload button will appear.
Recommended File Setup (Easy)
- Artwork – Front: Content (same page spread)
- Die-cut line: Keep die-cut line on a separate layer (vector, no fill).
🎨 3) Die-Cut Folded Card Design Tips
- Avoid placing small text near curves or fold lines.
- Do not place important content across the fold.
- Continuous background requires proper bleed around the die-cut shape.
- Heavy ink coverage on fold lines may show minor cracking after folding (normal).
⏳ 4) Artwork Submission
- Artwork should be uploaded before 5:00 PM. Late uploads may affect production schedule.
