Die Cut Stickers: Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files, including size, margins, bleed, cut line and colour settings. If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before sending the files for production.

📐 Size & Shape

  • Please ensure the correct sticker size is selected when placing your order.
  • Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
  • Custom shapes are allowed, subject to production feasibility.

🎨 1) Artwork Preparation

  • Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI / high-resolution JPG.
  • Colour mode: CMYK.
  • Image resolution: 300dpi at actual size (minimum 150dpi).
  • Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them.
  • Ensure artwork is flattened and print-ready.

⚠️ Cut Line, Bleed & Safe Area:
• If your sticker has a custom shape, please include a clear vector cut line (spot colour, named “Cut Line”).
• Add at least 3mm bleed if background colour extends to the edge.
• Keep all important text and logos at least 3–5mm inside from the cut line.

⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload

  • Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
  • Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected size, shape and specifications.

⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off

  • Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
  • Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.
  • If you choose Upload Later, please send your file via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

➕ Add Item (Same Specification, Same Quantity)

  • You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity.
  • This option is not for splitting quantities across different designs.
  • All selected options will apply to every uploaded artwork under this item.
