Display Prop:
Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files for size, margins, and colour settings.
If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before the files are sent directly
for production.
📐 Size Selection
- Please ensure the correct Display Prop size is selected when placing your order.
- Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
- Incorrect sizing may result in cutting, fitting, or installation issues.
🎨 1) Artwork Preparation
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI.
- Colour mode: CMYK.
- Image resolution: 150–300dpi at actual size.
- Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them.
- Please ensure the artwork is flattened and print-ready.
⚠️ Safe Area & Finishing Allowance:
Please keep all important text, logos, and key elements at least
10–20mm away from the edges.
This allows for cutting, folding, or assembly during the Display Prop finishing process.
⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload
- Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
- Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected size and specifications.
⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off Time
- Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.

- You may add multiple artworks with the same specifications and quantity.
- This option is not for splitting quantities across different designs.
