Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files for size, margins, colour setup and print readiness.
If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made where necessary before the files are sent for production.
ℹ️ Economy Printing Notice
This is an Economy product with standard production turnaround.
Please ensure your artwork is prepared correctly to avoid delays in processing.
📐 1) Card Size
- Please ensure the artwork size matches the selected membership card size.
- Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
- Keep important elements within a safe margin to avoid trimming issues.
🎨 2) Artwork & Colour Setup
- Colour mode: CMYK.
- Recommended image resolution: 300dpi.
- All fonts must be converted to outlines.
- Avoid very thin lines and small text that may not print clearly.
⬆️ 3) Artwork Upload
- Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
- Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected size and specifications.
- Artwork files must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.

- You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity.
- This option is not for splitting quantities across different designs or sizes.
- All selected options will apply to every uploaded artwork under this item.
