Our team will perform a basic artwork check (size, margins and color setup).
If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before sending the job to production.
✅ Quick Upload Checklist
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI
- Artwork size must match the selected envelope size.
- Bleed: Add 3mm bleed on all sides if background extends to the edge.
- Safe area: Keep important text & logos at least 5–8mm from trim edges and flap fold lines.
- Color mode: CMYK recommended.
- Resolution: 300dpi recommended for images.
- Fonts: Outline or embed fonts before exporting.
✉️ 1) Artwork Layout
- Prepare artwork as one flat layout before folding.
- Include all areas such as front, back and flap (if applicable).
- Avoid placing important content on glue areas or fold lines.
- Ensure correct orientation so text reads properly after folding.
🧾 2) File Upload
- Please upload one final artwork file per order item.
- Artwork must match the selected envelope size and specifications.
⏳ 3) Artwork Submission
- Artwork should be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedule.
➕ Add Item (Same Specification, Same Quantity)
- You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity.
- This is not a split quantity for different designs.
- All uploaded files under the same item will follow the same selected options.
