[Express] Membership Cards: Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files for size, margins, colour setup and print readiness. If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made where necessary before the files
are sent directly for express production.
⏱ Express Printing Notice
This is an Express product. Please ensure your artwork is print-ready and upload before the cut-off time. Late uploads or incorrect file setup may affect production & delivery schedule.
📐 1) Card Size
- Please ensure the artwork size matches the selected membership card size.
- Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
🪪 2) Same Design / Different Design
- Same design:
Upload Artwork–Front for the front side and Artwork–Back for the back side.
- Different designs:
If you already have print-ready files for all cards, please ZIP all PDF files together and upload them to
Artwork–Front (leave the remaining upload fields empty).

If you require us to generate membership card artwork based on your data list, please upload the Front Artwork, Back Artwork and an Excel file. We will generate the artwork and send a PDF
for confirmation before mass production.
🎨 3) Artwork & Colour Setup
- Colour mode: CMYK.
- Recommended image resolution: 300dpi.
- All fonts must be converted to outlines.
- Keep important text and logos away from the card edges.
⬆️ 4) Artwork Upload
- Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect express production and delivery timelines.
