Fabric Banner: Our team will perform a basic file check on margins, size and color settings. If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before sending the file for production.

📐 Size Selection

  • Please ensure the correct banner size is selected when placing your order.
  • Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
  • Incorrect sizing may cause trimming or fitting issues after sewing or finishing.

🎨 1) Artwork Preparation

  • Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI.
  • Color mode: CMYK.
  • Image resolution: 150–300dpi at actual size.
  • Fonts: Outline or embed all fonts.
  • Ensure artwork is flattened and print-ready.

⚠️ Safe Area & Finishing Allowance:
Please keep all important text, logos and key elements at least 30–50mm inside from all edges. Fabric banners may require hemming, stitching, pockets or eyelets, which may affect edge visibility.

⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload

  • Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
  • Artwork must match the selected size and finishing option.

⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off

  • Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
  • Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.
  • If you choose Upload Later, please send your file via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

➕ Add Item (Same Specification, Same Quantity)

  • You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity to save time.
  • This option is not for splitting quantity across different designs.
