If there are minor issues, we may apply small adjustments where necessary and proceed for production.
✅ Quick Upload Checklist
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI
- Artwork size must match the folded business card size selected on this page.
- Bleed: Add 3mm bleed on all sides if background goes to the edge.
- Safe area: Keep important text/logo at least 3–5mm inside from cut edge.
- Fold safe zone: Keep important content at least 3–5mm away from the fold line.
- Resolution: 300dpi recommended for images.
- Color mode: CMYK recommended.
- Fonts: Outline or embed fonts before exporting PDF.
⚠️ IMPORTANT — Folded Card Layout
A folded business card has 4 panels (Front Cover / Inside Left / Inside Right / Back Cover).
Please double-check the panel order and ensure your artwork is in the correct position.
📌 1) Size Selection (Important)
- Please select the correct folded card size before uploading.
- Your artwork must match the selected size to avoid trimming/fold misalignment.
🧾 2) Upload Method (Front / Back)
- Single-sided print: only Artwork–Front Page upload button will appear.
- Both-sided print:Artwork–Front and Artwork–Back upload buttons will appear.
- Best practice: Upload Outside (Front+Back Cover) as Front, and Inside (Left+Right) as Back.
Recommended File Setup (Easy)
- Artwork–Front (Outside): Front Cover + Back Cover (same page spread)
- Artwork–Back (Inside): Inside Left + Inside Right (same page spread)
- If unsure: export as 2-page PDF (Page 1: Outside, Page 2: Inside) and upload accordingly.
🎨 3) Folded Card Design Tips
- Avoid placing small text across the fold (folding tolerance may shift slightly).
- Keep background continuous with bleed if you want full coverage.
- Thick ink coverage on the fold line may show minor cracking after folding (normal for certain papers).
- Use bold text size for better readability on smaller panels.
⏳ 4) Artwork Submission
- Artwork should be uploaded before 5:00 PM. Late uploads may affect production schedule.
