Giant Paper Bags:
Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files for size, margins,
and colour settings. If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made
before the files are sent for production.
📐 Size & Bag Structure
- Please ensure the correct giant paper bag size is selected when placing your order.
- Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
- Artwork layout should include front, back, sides, and base where applicable.
🎨 1) Artwork Preparation
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI.
- Colour mode: CMYK.
- Image resolution: 300dpi at actual size.
- Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them.
- Artwork must be flattened and print-ready before upload.
⚠️ Safe Area & Folding Allowance:
For giant paper bags, please keep all important text, logos, and key elements
at least 15–20mm away from edges, fold lines, handles area,
and the bottom base to avoid trimming or folding issues.
⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload
- Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
- Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected size and bag specification.
⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off Time
- Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.
