Hard Cover Menus:
Our team will perform a basic check on your submitted artwork, including size, margins, bleed and colour settings.
If minor issues are found, small adjustments may be made before the file is sent for production.
📐 Size & Layout
- Please ensure the correct menu size is selected when placing your order.
- Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
- For multi-page menus, ensure all pages follow the same size and orientation.
🎨 1) Artwork Preparation
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI / high-resolution JPG.
- Colour mode: CMYK.
- Image resolution: 300dpi at actual size (minimum 150dpi).
- Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or ensure fonts are embedded.
- All artwork should be flattened and print-ready.
⚠️ Safe Zone & Bleed:
Keep all important text, logos and critical elements at least
5–8mm away from the edges, especially near the spine or binding area,
to prevent trimming or wrapping issues on hard covers.
📄 2) Single / Multi-Page Artwork
- Please upload one complete artwork file per order item.
- For multi-page menus, combine all pages into one single PDF file in the correct reading order.
- Do not upload separate files for each page unless instructed.
⬆️ 3) Artwork Upload
- Artwork should be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.
➕ Add Item (Same Specification, Same Quantity)
- You may add multiple artworks with the same specifications and quantity.
- This option does not support splitting quantities across different designs.
- All selected options will apply to every uploaded artwork under the same item.
