Kovek Banner: Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files for size, margins, and colour settings. If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before the files are sent directly for production.

📐 Size Selection

  • Please ensure the correct Kovek Banner size is selected when placing your order.
  • Artwork must be prepared in actual size (1:1 scale).
  • Incorrect sizing may result in trimming or finishing issues.

🎨 1) Artwork Preparation

  • Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI.
  • Colour mode: CMYK.
  • Image resolution: 150–300dpi at actual size.
  • Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them.
  • Ensure the artwork is flattened and print-ready.

⚠️ Safe Area & Finishing Allowance:
For Kovek Banners, please keep all important text, logos, and key elements at least 30–50mm away from the edges. This allows for finishing processes such as hemming, stitching, or eyelets.

⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload

  • Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
  • Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected size and specifications.

⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-off Time

  • Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
  • Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.
  • If you choose Upload Later, please send your files via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

➕ Add Item (Same Specification, Same Quantity)

  • You may add multiple artworks with the same specifications and quantity.
  • This option is not for splitting quantities across different designs.
